This polypropylene carboy has a half-turn spigot and a folding metal carrying handle. A molded thread accepts the spigot. The large diameter screw cap has a silicone gasket for good sealing and provides a neck opening of 82.5mm (31/4"). Good chemical resistance allows the carboy to be used to dispense sterile water, solutions and media. Rectangular
shape helps save shelf space. Dimensions are 19 x 21 x 36 cm H (71/2 x 81/4 x14"high). Steam autoclavable at 121°C (250°F). When autoclaving, do not engage cap threads.
